Good question. Here's why.  

  

There are many hours a day, a week between each therapy session. Most therapies, and most therapists, are giving you their best to help you on your healing journey.   As well as going into the depths and the pain of life we need to cultivate the sense of ease so that our native, true qualities can emerge to support us on that important journey.   That's what these practices are designed to do, help you to flourish - despite the sometimes, or often, painful inner world.
